Jr Action (7-10)

youth car wash"Train a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not stray from it." So says the Bible (Proverbs 22:6) and at Northridge we agree. Jr. Action is our education program for 7-10 year olds that teaches the foundations of faith in a way they can understand and own. Leading up to official Junior Membership in the church, the Jr. Action program gives kids the knowledge they need to begin to lead the lives God wants for them.

Youth Arts

We are blessed with many talented leaders who give their time regularly to facilitate our youth arts programming providing great opportunities for our youth to be involved. Proven to be a boost to development and known for the joy they bring, the arts are an integral part of Northridge culture and our youth are an integral part of our artistic expression.

Chat Rooms (Jr & Sr High)

For those youth who are in Jr. High and Sr. High, the issues and questions regarding faith and how to live a life pleasing to God begin to come fast and furious. By establishing age appropriate discussion/education groups Northridge endeavours to provide the information and environment necessary for youth to grapple with the changes and challenges confronting them. Biblical principles applied to real life situations and concepts are discussed and digested by the youth who can then begin to form the worldview of God’s people in the world. Social justice, relationships, media influence and the gamut of today’s youth questions are explored.
