Youth & Kids

youth eating hotdogNorthridge Community Church has a wide range of Youth Ministries ranging from events for junior and senior youth to excellent programs in music, drama, Scouting and more. Kingdom Kids ministries takes place on Sunday mornings offering interactive, learning worship opportunities for kids & youth. Each of our ministries is lead by caring, strong, knowledgeable individuals whose main objective is to help your children grow in Christ.

Music

guitar playerExcellence in music has always been a strong tradition within and outside Salvation Army circles. It has primarily been brass instruments, however, with the ever evolving music industry and the need for relevancy, Northridge has broadened this ministry.

Community Care for Seniors

The pastors and church leaders ensure that the needs of Seniors are met by providing programs within the church. The pastors also meet the worship needs of shut-ins or Seniors unable to participate in church services by offering worship services at retired/seniors residences in Newmarket.

In serving the communities of Newmarket and Aurora and East Gwillimbury, The Salvation Army helps people through various programs from food bank services, clothing and furniture assistance, counselling for men, women, and youth, to help for seniors, people seeking shelter, summer camps for youth, emergency disaster relief and much more.
