Spirit of Christmas

organizing donationsEvery year, Northridge mounts a massive effort to help give needy people some comfort and joy at Christmas time.

A large warehouse fills with donated goods, and last year alone nearly 600 struggling families right here in central York Region received food, toys for kids, and warm clothing to help ease their troubles at Christmas. Yet that's only part of our celebration of Christmas! Read more...

Getting Involved

Besides offering an opportunity to express or nurture leadership abilities, volunteering for The Salvation Army helps stretch financial contributions further and quite literally makes possible our many programs and services.
